Returns & Exchanges Policy

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return an item. The product must be:

• In its original condition, unused
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by the order number

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

• Step 1: Contact us by email with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Step 2: We will send you the shipping instructions within 24h.
• Step 3: Ship the package to the indicated address.
• Step 4: Refund processed within 14 days of receipt.

If the desired item is out of stock, a full refund will be offered.

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

• Used items
• Items damaged by the customer
• Items without original packaging

The refund is processed using the same payment method as the original purchase, within 30 days of receipt and verification of the return.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed.
